I NEVER would have ordered the chair from Babies R Us if I had known the AWFUL, HORRIBLE, ABSURD shipping company they used: Estes. The chair was delivered to the VA headquarters on a Wednesday, but Estes kept putting me off until Tuesday of the following week (I heard everything from, "They haven't removed it from the pallet yet" to "Our computer systems are down today").

Each time I spoke to them, they asked ME to call THEM back to make a delivery appointment. To top it all off, when they finally did deliver the chair, they refused to bring it into my house! I PAID $125 DOLLARS, I AM 38 WEEKS PREGNANT, IT'S SUPPOSED TO RAIN THIS AFTERNOON, AND MY HUSBAND IS OUT OF TOWN...HOW ARE YOU GOING TO DROP THIS OFF AT THE CURB AND LEAVE MY PREGNANT SELF TO "FIGURE IT OUT"?!?!

Thanks a lot, guys! Will avoid future purchases to avoid your company!

This is unfortunately Estes Express Mission Statement. I went through the same thing. I canceled my order and recieved a refund through my credit card company.
